In 1998, Lia & Britt met while working in sales at Lilly Pulitzer. They loved what they did and shared the same joie de vivre. Over the next two decades they ran sales teams for several powerhouse brands.

Still loving the industry, but craving autonomy and a better work/life balance, they decided to start their own company in 2019. They strategically built a strong portfolio of brands that could be sold into the best boutiques around the country.

The company was named Soleil to highlight their “sunny approach” to selling. Lia & Britt, thrive on placing the right product in the right stores while serving as true partners with their retailers.

With the retail landscape changing quickly, boutiques are in need of differentiated brands, stellar customer service, and an expertise that only Soleil can provide...along with a laugh & a smile.
